We have our chair yoga class running every Tuesday 2pm - 3pm.

This a fantastic exercise group for those less mobile. Open to everyone.

CHRISTMAS CLOSING/OPENING

We will be closed on Monday 22nd December 2025 for the Christmas break. We will be open from Monday 5th January 2026. HAPPY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE. We look forward to seeing you all next year.
